Teresa graduated from the Calgary College of Holistic Health at the University of Calgary. Since graduating Teresa has taken many courses which include Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique & Royal Treatment Spa Therapies. She will put you at ease with her pleasant demeanor and kind nature. She uses her healing hands to relax your body, mind and soul.
Joanna Crouch, R.M.T. Joanna is a Registered Massage Therapist, and a Certified Onsen Therapist, which is a non evasive, painless technique used for eliminating pain caused by imbalances in joints & muscles, she also has training in Pre-Natal Massage, Reiki (level 1) and Emotional Freedom Technique. Joanna says " Though I love helping people relax, I especially enjoy the challenge that comes with the therapeutic aspect of massage. Everyone reacts differently to stress, Trauma & Various other ailments, so I need to adjust my treatments to meet each individuals needs. it keeps my mind working & it's especially rewarding to see my clients making progress & feeling better. Joanna believes that we all need to take the time to care for ourselves. Brenda Folland, R.M.T. Brenda is a Registered Massage Therapist. Brenda graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in April 2006. As well as massage therapy, Brenda has a diploma in Kinesiology and Sport Studies from the Red Deer College and is also certified in athletic taping and strapping techniques. Brenda is a Doula and is qualified to assist during labor and delivery, offering emotional, informational and physical support. Brenda has training in Hot Stone Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique, Sports Massage and Pre-Natal Massage.

Michelle has training in Reflexology, Pedicures, Manicures, Facials, Full Body Wraps, Sugar Scrubs, Ionic Cleansing, Full body waxing, Eyebrow & Lash Tinting and has training in Hot Stone Massage which can be added to Facials, Manicures and Pedicures. Cheryl Adams, Many of you will recognize Cheryl's smiling face when you come through the door. Cheryl is our center's receptionist and will help ensure your stay is the best it can be, from whisking you away to the fireplace to giving you a robe, tea and cookies, Cheryl is at your beck and call!
